alex at reception provided excellent service. he gave helpful suggestions for local restaurants and tourist spots. the hotel's location was very convenient to the train station (and many restaurants).

the soundproofing in my room was not effective. i could hear a lot of noise from the street. it made it difficult to sleep.

The AC was amazing for the two nights I stayed. Alex checked me in and he gave good sightseeing options. The shower had good pressure and a big TV was in the room.

The bed included two beds pushed together and that was not good. If you move a lot, you end up with a crevice. It was not ideal for a good night sleep.

the breakfast buffet provided a satisfying start to each day. it featured many options for both food and drinks. the reception staff, alex and aziz, were helpful with directions and answering questions. the hotel was close to a subway station, with access to various locations.

I noticed a slight lack of soundproofing. Street noise was occasionally audible.

the location is very close to the city center , about a 5-10 minute walk. i found the staff to be lovely and friendly. the decor had a great look to it.

i booked a courtyard room , but i discovered we were on the street side of the hotel and there was no courtyard. traffic noise was noticeable , even on the 5th floor. common area chairs seemed grubby to me.
